Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben zwei Grill-/Feuerplätzen, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott.

Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.

Auf 1000 Meter Seehöhe erwartet sie eine einzigartige Atmosphäre umgeben von Wäldern und dem Hebalmsee. Morgens werden sie vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt und von der Abendsonne verabschiedet. Ein großer frei zugänglicher Pool - nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt - lädt zum Baden ein und der Hebalmsee ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ob Fahrrradtouren oder zum Bergwandern ist dieses Chalet ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt.
