Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. Cascinetta a short walk from the center, with free parking outside the property. Ground floor: garden, porch, equipped kitchen with very large living room/lounge/work area, bathroom.
