The 66 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups for family celebrations.

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
