The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

With most of the rooms fully decked out in wood, we have created a log cabin feel within one of our gardens; parking for one car. Main bedroom has king bed with en-suite and the second can have either two SMALL singles or a standard double with very limited space. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and four chairs and bathroom with good sized, powerful shower. Own private HotTub on request. £65 first night then £10/night - 16+ only. 🏳️‍🌈 friendly. Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Perfect for a cosy country getaway. The annex has two bedrooms, a sauna, a newly renovated kitchen with a private garden. The location is ideal for avid cyclists with picturesque trails in the surrounding area. The sleepy town of Woodbridge is just a 10 minute drive away, offering restaurants, and a beautiful marina. History buffs are a mere 2 minutes from the archaeology site Sutton Hoo and the nearby Rendlesham forest is home to a UFO trail where you might spot a real live ET!

Bluebell Pod with wood fired hot tub

Set on an adult only rural glamping site, the pod is a clever use of space with great views to the outside. It has a kitchenette at one end with a breakfast bar and a bathroom with toilet, shower and basin at the other end. The double bed is made up with luxurious bed linen with a dressing table, vanity mirror and wardrobe next to it. Outside there is a large decked area with its own wood-fired hot tub and bbq where you can enjoy views over the water and ancient woodland.

Tide House is in the heart of Woodbridge, a beautiful and vibrant market town, on the River Deben. The house is close to the market square, shops, pubs and restaurants A unique home from home, spacious and freshly decorated A perfect base to explore the Suffolk coast and countryside There are lovely riverside walks along the quay and River Deben Close to the station too, a perfect getaway A cot and highchair are available Dogs are very welcome (fully enclosed garden)

The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

Charming cottage in idyllic setting

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.
