It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV free-view not Smart, 2 vehicles parking. No shop local. Long life milk in case you forget supplies. The nearest shop or takeaway is 5 miles. Tesco Waitrose deliver. I do my best to point all of this out.

A peaceful setting with direct access to footpaths & cycle routes. A 5 min stroll to the White Horse Inn via footpath & 30min drive to the coast. You'll be nestled in beautiful, quiet countryside, a short drive from Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford on the coast. The large south-facing garden is full of flowers and birds, has a big secluded patio, and views stretching across the meadows - all for your use only. The bright spacious living room becomes cosy at night with its large wood-burning stove. And, relax!

Snug studio in the idyllic Alde Valley, Suffolk

The Snug is beautifully converted studio, attached to the farmhouse but totally self-contained. Situated in the rural idyll of the Alde River valley in coastal Suffolk, it is handily located for the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere and the coastal attractions of Aldeburgh and Southwold, the concerts at Snape Maltings, and Framlingham castle. Located on a small family farm of 40 acres, there are plenty of dog walking opportunities on local footpaths, surrounded by horses, cattle and ducks.

Church View is a well maintained period country cottage next to a Grade 1 listed Saxon Church in the ancient rural town of Bruisyard. Close to Aldeburgh, Southwold & the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Perfect for exploring Suffolk, birdwatching, walking, cycling or simply enjoying the peace & quiet. Sleeps 4 ideally (5 is a squeeze!). Bed 1 is a king size double. Bed 2 is a king size double that can be 2 singles on request. Bed 3 is a single. Several great food & drink pubs 5-10 mins away.

The Carter's Loft

Situated deep in the Suffolk countryside, The Carter's Loft is a beautifully presented studio bursting with charm. The popular local pub (White Horse) offers good food and local beer. There are numerous footpaths on the doorstep, a community cafe selling homemade cakes and refreshments (open 10.30 - 12.30 Wed - Thurs, occasional Sundays and some super evening events) plus our local vineyard. We are close to historic Framlingham and within easy reach of the heritage coast.
