Monthly Rentals in Remsenburg-Speonk

This is a beautiful basement apartment with windows and great lighting. It is all tiled and very, very clean. The living room, kitchen and dining area are very comfortable. I stayed with a friend for 9 days. We each had our own bedroom. Bathroom was immaculate. This home is new and very clean which is so important to me in an airbnb. We had a few issues that were addressed immediately. Margarita and Gustavo could not have been more accomodating! They were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I believe they will absoutlely become super hosts in near future. The property is beautiful and peaceful! Great access to Hamptons and local south shore areas. Lovely place!

Just the few days away we needed in the perfect location to relax- quiet neighborhood but close to the village and beaches and big shopping areas not too far out. Every room was extremely clean, looks just like the pictures. Efficient WiFi too. Wish we could’ve stayed a few more nights!

My family and I had the most amazing time celebrating two birthdays as well as New Year’s. The pictures do not do this house justice. This house was so amazing for our family of nine. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were very spacious, the two sunroom rooms were perfect (my family would hang out in the tiny sunroom with the bar in it every single morning. It was everyone’s favorite room.). One thing that was the best bonus was the built-in speaker system throughout the house on the main level. My brother-in-law is a DJ and knew how to use the system, which was amazing because we would have dance parties. The only thing I would ask Constantine to do is to possibly give instructions on how to use it because it is a definite bonus. We even had a bonfire one night as well as a BBQ. Even though we came during winter this place was perfect.

Eileen was such a gracious and kind host. She communicated very well and quickly while making us feel right at home. The property and cottage are beautiful and i would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
