We had a very enjoyable stay in Aachen. The apartment is very nice and the small winter garden in particular invites you to relax. Walking, you are in the city center in about 10-15 minutes. During our stay, there was a construction site in the street, so you couldn't drive directly into the street and you had to drive around a bit. We could also park for free about 5 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Great weekend at Claudy's. The accommodation is located in a beautiful area, ideal for hiking, cycling or sports enthusiasts. No restaurants quickly accessible on foot directly but you can find what you're looking for in the surrounding villages / towns - and then there's the equipped kitchen for those who prefer to stay on site. I'll keep it for a future trip to the area.

We had a lovely time! The apartment itself was sunny and peaceful. We were able to walk everywhere.

I had a pleasant stay in this quiet and bright apartment. Conveniently located close to the train station and tram, the whole city is easy to access. The parks are a short walk away! Everything was perfect!

We had a fantastic weekend with our group of friends in this lovely house! From the moment we arrived, we immediately felt welcome thanks to the friendly host who explained everything quietly and clearly. The house itself was sparkling clean and nice and spacious – enough space for everyone to retreat, but also nice common areas to be together. The sauna and pool were really a party, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful garden where the sun spoiled us extra. The view was beautiful and the BBQ made the evenings complete. Everything was just right. You notice that care and attention are handled with the house and with the guests. Highly recommended — thank you for this lovely experience!

Alyssann is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The house is very nice and equipped with every comfort. Especially beautiful how the house has been renovated with many natural materials and with sustainable energy supply. I would definitely come again if we are in this area again.

There were 6 of us in the really great, big house! It is equipped with everything you need and more! The house has been furnished with a lot of love. There are many highlights, including a sauna, hot tub and pool table. It is very rural, you can hear the animals instead of the traffic. A car is necessary to get to the nearest supermarket or city. The communication with Christian was great. He is very accommodating and helpful. If you have a concern, he helps immediately. Thank you! We would definitely recommend the house!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

Had a super nice stay with Johann. He is a top host who is immediately ready for his guests. Everything was tip-top in order. It was very pleasant that small basic amenities were also present in the cottage, this was another worry less to bring. Highly recommended!

Great place, exactly like the pictures. Location is good, nice of of the river and the surroundings of the city and the old town is only 10 minutes walking away

We had a wonderful week in cottage “Lief”. Actually, no criticisms. Everything was very complete and well arranged. Communication went smoothly, friendly and clear, very pleasant. The first time we booked through Airbnb. Exciting, but Norbert's penthouse was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. Actually, even more spacious. The private parking space in the garage under the apartment was ideal. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Christel, the hostess who arranges things when Norbert can't be there himself. We felt extra welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large bottle of water in the fridge and a bag of delicious chocolates. On the table, brochures of Aachen and a manual with all the instructions and facts about the area and the penthouse. Very nice. Communication with Norbert was cordial and fast. Everything was fine! I can recommend the accomodation!

Fantastic stay with everything you need. Even the trigger in the shower, coffee and herbs were thought of. Even a bottle of Cava was ready in the fridge. When we came into the apartment, we said to each other; Wow, how cozy! Good communication, thoughtful and quick responses to our questions. Good base for days out and the Spa Francorchamps circuit. We'd love to come back.

What a wonderful location to take walks from there (for example by traveling by bus for 3 euros and then walking back to Roetgen) in the nature reserve. We definitely plan to come back again because we want to take even more beautiful walks in that neighborhood and liked the accommodation very much. In the apartment, really all sorts of things were available. We baked nice sandwiches for the breakfast. The egg cooker is used for delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. There is a homey feel. We suspect that it has been really inhabited. If the photos are up to you, I can really recommend this apartment to you. In Roetgen itself, not many restaurants were open this week, but there were a lot of supermarkets nearby, so there is plenty of alternative instead of eating out. Living in Roetgen is a great restaurant to eat. I don't know about the other restaurants. On April 30th there is a Meiboom tradition and in the evening/night that can cause some noise nuisance.

We had a good stay. The accommodation is spacious for two people. All necessities are provided. Everything was nice and clean and lovely bedding.
