Pleasant stay in this small, comfortable home, very cute, perfectly matched our expectations!

The stay at Emilie's was extremely pleasant and relaxing. A kind welcome, discretion and great availability from Emilie. The apartment is comfortable , extremely clean, well heated, bright and very well equipped. The setting is very bucolic and really relaxing. There's no noise, no opposite. We are surprised to observe deer , rabbits and birds and at night we can look at the stars if we prefer not to lower the blinds. We pose in a place where serenity shines. Another very big thank you to Emilie and all her little family.

We had a great time at Jean-Philippe's place. The apartment is a real little cocoon, ideally located in the center of Nogent and tastefully decorated, it is also very functional. Note the exceptional comfort of the bedding. We would have gladly stayed longer. Jean Philippe is a very friendly host, available and attentive to his visitors. We highly recommend this property where everything is done to make you feel good. We'll be happy to go back to Jean-Philippe's.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is on a quiet street in Mortagne but easily accessible by foot to everything you need in town. The apartment is really nicely renovated and decorated, and we felt very much at home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone who is visiting le Perche!

Very nice house by the river in a charming village. Lilly was very responsive throughout the stay. The house was very clean, the decor neat and the environment peaceful. The house is very well equipped and the bedding is perfect. I recommend it!!

Pleasant stay with flexible check-in. Clean and comfortable house. Very convenient with children. Heating is set up before check-in, which is a plus.

We had a great weekend with friends. With 8 children, including 4 babies, the number of rooms was perfect and the play area ideal! Not to mention the beautiful garden with games as well

A very nice house and services in all respects consistent with the description and photos! We had a great weekend. The house offered a lot of activities that allowed grandchildren to share memorable moments in beautiful conditions. We really appreciated the arrival and departure times, which allow you to fully enjoy the place, the welcome and the follow-up of Mikael. Verneuil sur Avre, very close, is a pretty town with a beautiful market and quality shops. The pastry shop, Le jardin des gourmandises has made a superb and delicious room mounted. I would recommend this house. We will not hesitate to go back.
