Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, La Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). A small house in the heart of the Park

Our house is located in the countryside, quiet, near Nocé and 1h45 from Paris. Come and recharge your batteries! We are 1h45 from the Normandy beaches and 1h30 from the Loire Castles. This is our second home (not a year-round house). It therefore contains some of our memories, but we are happy to share it! You will come across two little cats that were adopted in August 2021. Very sweet with the children, autonomous thanks to the flap. Allergic to cats, abstain 😉

Charlotte's house is a gîte that was completely renovated at the end of 2019, respecting the Percheron frame with noble materials such as wood, stone, old tiles and lime plaster. Located in one of the most beautiful villages of the Perche Regional Park, it is the perfect place for a stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances, bedding, SAUNA, wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
