Thank you very much for this beautiful place and the very friendly communication. There is really life & space in your four walls and above all in the large, wonderful garden. In the apartment, everything is prepared and perfectly furnished, so we felt right at home. The apartment is very easily accessible and nicely located. We will be happy to come back :)

The size of the space, including modern kitchen and extensive basic amenities, even exceeded our expectations. Even the coffee in the morning was already available. The train station is less than a 5-minute walk away and from there you can reach both Bad Reichenhall, Salzburg or Königssee even without a car in no time. Of course, you can also go hiking and walking in the area. A successful stay for us! Thanks!

The apartment is very cozily furnished, beautifully bright and very well equipped. The location is great: the lake, various restaurants, supermarket, delicatessen and train station are within walking distance. Jaana and Sebastian are great hosts - super nice, helpful and always respond directly. We had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back!

It was a very nice holiday, the apartment fully met our expectations. It was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Werner is a host, highly recommended. The place was really perfect for us as a family with older children as well as dogs. It is very quiet and yet central to reach a park or Lake Chiemsee on foot. Gstadt is a beautiful place with lots of opportunities to eat and relax and the opportunity to use various sports activities. And you are back to the apartment within 5 minutes, which offers a fantastic view of the lake.

We enjoyed our stay in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS Seekirchen. The accommodation was modern, clean and well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living area. The quiet location was particularly pleasant, but at the same time the proximity to Salzburg. Check-in was straightforward, and the host was available and helpful at all times. Beautiful idyllic accommodation equipped with the most necessary. My little daughter loved the carousel and the opportunities to play outside. Very nice hosts who were always available. For us, the overnight stay in the shepherd's wagon was a special experience. We will be happy to come back.
