Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. We drove past the apartment the first time, but then it was no problem. Marianne was right there, very friendly and showed us the apartment. The apartment is large, well suited for a family with up to 3 children and very clean. At night it was a little too cold for me, the duvet could be a bit thicker. Otherwise everything is great!

A modern bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a toilet. A sink with storage space is visible. Light tiles create a clean appearance, while wooden shelves can be seen in the background. The doorway leads to another area, suggesting additional living space.

Is a very nice and spacious accommodation, we also felt very comfortable with the four of us, especially the proximity to the brine Felsen Bad Gmünd delighted us very much!!!

Michaela and her family were so friendly and helpful - the houses are just like the picture and very cleverly designed and comfortable- they are in a beautiful setting in the forest and you just listen to the birds- the walk across the bridge over the meadow and through the palace gardens was so lovely and an easy way to get to the town of Cesky Krumlov- Michaela was so helpful and nothing a problem - we loved our stay

Perfect place for those seeking peace and quiet. Due to the central location, many interesting excursions are possible in about an hour's drive. The neighborhood and the immediate surroundings also offer enough to simply stay on site - a special highlight is certainly swimming in the river. Staying longer is worth it! For those who like to cook on vacation: Everything is available and above all the knives are sharp, which is usually a rarity. Korinna is a great host who has created a true paradise there. Her mill is an absolute insider tip that you would prefer to keep to yourself...

The estate is truly a hidden gem! Generously laid out, very quiet and private – absolute undisturbed! From the first tour, I was overwhelmed by the beauty of this place. The kitchen is excellently equipped, every detail has been thought of. The location is fantastic, close to the Kampseen, with some good restaurants in the area. However, you should be aware that it is a historic house whose furnishings are adapted accordingly.
