The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Marketa's place located literally next to a tourist route. For persons, who like hiking, this is the perfect overnight place. The town's center is very close by car (~9-10 minutes), but when the time is not a factor, it is reachable on foot as well. There is a well equipped kitchen, where any kind of breakfast can be prepared before an active day. Marketa is very kind, and replies for all questions, if there any. We spent a great weekend in Karlovy Vary!
