We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Our cozy cottage is situated alone and beautifully on the edge of a hamlet near the “Hölle” nature reserve in the front Bavarian Forest. Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. A vacation in Regen is an experience for nature lovers, anglers, hikers, or simply for connoisseurs of warm hospitality in the charming landscape of the middle Regen Valley. We invite you to vacation and relax on our intact farm, in a quiet location by the Regen, near Nittenau. We provide our own 1 km long fishing water right by the house, barbecue area, lawn, fishing boat and lots of country life with cows, calves and cats.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Castle Schönberg in Wenzenbach

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

Exceptional loft-like location in a former cowshed nestled in the beautiful Regental. The apartment is located in a hamlet, about 2.5 km from the town of Nittenau. Various vehicles/play options are available for families with children. The Regen River is only 150 meters from the property - anglers are always welcome!

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
