Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Reggio Calabria

A lot of space to move around in! Very comfortable . Absolutely great location. When you get off train (if you are walking) head to piazza Rocco, with the elevator going up. One euro up and one euro down.

Emilia’s parents made this stay worth it. We only really interacted with them. They greeted us upon arrival and were overly generous. The house is wonderful with a very special balcony. The drive is curvy but we appreciated the mountain to ocean experience very much.

Giuseppe's villa is a great find in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Giuseppe's kind gestures in sharing complementary beverages and breakfast treats only reinforce the pride in his Italian culture. An English to Italian translator is most helpful. You will need transportation, if you truly want to see southern Italy. Villa Franca is so welcoming we hope to return again. We had a great experience at Antonio's. The spot is perfect, beautiful ocean view, right on the lungomare, very close to the main corso but away from the city noise. Antonio was very helpful with recommendations. He went above and beyond a couple of times for us. The unit is private and quiet, and large enough for several people. We enjoyed many coffees and meals on the beautiful balcony. Highly recommend!!

Giuseppe and his wife, Angela, were the kindest, most hospitable, most caring hosts imaginable. The villa itself is a dream, but to have these fine people along with it is to enjoy a perfect combination. We stayed in the off season, so some of the Seaside amenities were not available, and a few restaurants were closed, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the area very much. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the house, which makes it very easy to get to and from the nearby city of Messina, including access from the central rail/bus terminal. There is a food and sundries store within walking distance, a post office—and of course plenty of gelato vendors! The Villa’s pool is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, although cushions for the lounge chairs would be a big plus. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the Villa but operating them took a lot of guesswork—manuals would have saved time. Overall, a stunning home in a lovely location, with incredibly kind hosts.

Under the Stars is a gorgeous, peaceful haven, with stunning views all around. We spent a week there as a family of four. Everything was absolutely perfect. Antonio and Roberta were incredible hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The pool is huge, the living space was impeccably clean and had everything you could wish for. Local amenities were just a short drive away. We will definitely be back for another stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

We stayed for a week during New Year. With a two families, in total 9 people. Great place and great host. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The property has everything including a lot of fruit trees. You are close to the beach and there is a nice family style bakery and restaurant right around the corner. The house is next to a highway. You do notice at first, but after a couple of hours it’s not a big deal. There was a problem with the electricity but Mauricio handled it well and quickly. He is a great host.

Bellissima casa, dotata di tutti i confort e con un utilissimo parcheggio interno privato. Davvero da consigliare a chiunque si rechi A Reggio Calabria. Francesco è stato gentile, preciso e disponibile.
