Second stay, unchanged good, nice host clean and well equipped also very quiet in the second row of a moderately busy side street. Parking is easy by the house. Technical equipment is excellent

We lived in the apartment for several weeks and felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is modern, very nicely decorated and well maintained. We really enjoyed the proximity to the village street with its shops and the Ruhrauen and moved out again with a heavy heart.

Communication and the place was great. Glad to come back!

Hello afternoon, the home was clean and well appointed. There was everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. There was shopping nearby, and you could walk the dog wonderfully. Everything was in the best order.

Everything was beautiful, we had a good time for one night.

André and his wife are lovely people who are there for any needs and requests. They respect the privacy and make you feel at home. I stayed at this place for a while. They were always responsive and never unavailable. The apartment also had everything you need. The garden is also very beautiful and well maintained. The place is also close to the tram and you can quickly get to the city centre and main train station. The apartment is also very quiet as it’s on the back side of the house. If I ever return to Krefeld, I would definitely return to Andrés place.

Everything was clean & tip top I felt at home as it should be I will definitely come back, I recommend it to everyone 🙏🙏

It's a very nice vacation rental where you all feel good from the street and from the entrance to the house. Beautiful interior brightness, a beautiful private outdoor space with the necessary garden furniture! The interior space is perfect for four to five people👍. The equipment, whether for sleeping, in the bathroom or in the kitchen, is really complete! We are less than an hour and a half from many tourist spots such as Amsterdam, Lisses, Rotterdam and the squares of The Hague. Really perfect as a base for your stay. We sincerely recommend it even for stays longer than two nights👍. The house is even more beautiful than it seems in the photos. Clean, quiet location, very cozy. There were several seating areas and a sofa area set up in the garden. That was totally unexpected and therefore twice as nice! You can sit in the sun until late at night! Nothing was missing!

The house is really great for up to 8 people. This is also very rare. Great location upscale amenities. All as described. Very nice contact. This was certainly not our last visit there. We were all very satisfied and we were 8 people. I'm thrilled. Absolutely recommended for a group also with children. Thanks again🫶

It was great at CortenHuys!! Great hot tub, great sauna in the garden. Cozy fireplaces in and outside. Everything clean and overall super nice and lovingly furnished. I will definitely recommend!!

Ewart and Natalija are great hosts, they were super friendly and helpful, always easy to reach. The house is as on the pictures. Very clean and comfortable, there's everything you would need. It's surrounded by plenty of cute farms and there is a beautiful lake about 20 minutes away walking. If you come in the colder months, I would suggest to bring warm clothing to be at home and slippers, as it gets cold at night.

The house was very nice and in order. Everything was available. It is a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town. Maurice is a very friendly man who is flexible and warmly welcomed us. 10/10

Yusuf's apartment looks freshly renovated. It is very modern and stylishly furnished. Every room offers eye-catchers. Very nice! Perfect for 2 persons. We were guests of Yusuf as a family with 2 children over 2 nights. In the long run, we would have missed a suitable dining table. But that didn't bother us during the short stay. The apartment is an excellent starting point for exploring the Ruhr area.

We stayed in the apartment for the third time and slept great again. Communication with Fatih was also straightforward and we felt well taken care of again. For us, the amenities of the apartment are completely sufficient, as we are always on the road all day.

Perfect place to stay. All what can be necessary is available at the place. Very clean and nice. A lot of beautiful places around. Very kind and helpful owners. Definitely recommend.

A quality apartment, clean and spacious. The city is quite industrial, place is good for sleeping. Recommended.
