This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Had a great stay and everything was exactly as described. The cottage is very well equipped and Dorothee welcomed us warmly. Small note: you hear the rooster in the morning if you sleep with the window open, at least on the side of the chickens, so real village life.

Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful manor house with our family. Especially the very well and comfortably equipped kitchen gave us cozy hours, as well as the very cozy living room. We were completely satisfied, communication with the hosts was very pleasant and straightforward and we can recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a cozy weekend with 10 or more people. Thanks a lot!

We had a very nice holiday in this beautiful place: close to the beautiful nature of De Veluwe and Arnhem. The house was very neat and exceptionally well equipped (towels, sheets, fully equipped kitchen, games, ticking utensils, garden chairs, ...) In short: everything available to really relax. In the evening, watch the stars in the hot tub and bathe wonderfully with the children during the day with the kids was the icing on the cake.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Margriete’s place. It’s very peaceful and quiet - a perfect weekend getaway. Highly recommend coming in spring time when the cherry trees blossom. Lentekriebels guaranteed 🌸

Years ago, I had turned my back on AirBnB. Due to bad experiences. But recently I thought I'd have to give it another try anyway. Couldn't have picked a better place than Fred's. It's not a typical place. On the contrary, no corner is straight. Clearly inspired by Gaudi. We slept wonderfully there, nothing is missing. Our dog also loved it. Every morning look at the ducks, geese and futen that swim by in front of the houseboat. Thank you Fred!

Nice cottage in the middle of nature. (woods) House was clean and everything present. Spent a few nice days on the Veluwe, cycled a lot and walked, so had beautiful weather!!! Certainly subject to repetition.

Karlijn and her family welcomed us very warmly. We felt very comfortable!It was a very relaxed,unfortunately only 3 day trip,but very relaxing. Karlijn is always available for questions and very helpful. I was already allowed to be a guest in the accommodation "Sandy" for the third time, just beautiful!Also for children who love nature, it is really a wonderful opportunity to let off and enjoy!Thanks for the great time!

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to relax, very nice surroundings! You walk out the gate and have all kinds of beautiful hiking trails to go...Plenty and more... to experience in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, we really enjoyed the peace, the silence and the privacy that is offered here. Spotted all kinds of birds in the garden while enjoying a drink; Flemish jigsaws, robins, finches, goats and even 3 black with white colored squirrels that we have never seen in the Netherlands, this was a welcome extra during breakfast on our last day. In short, really a lovely cottage where we thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed there for 3 nights, as far as we were concerned, far too short. The house itself is just a home where you can enjoy a lovely hot tub undisturbed, a hot tub and if the weather allows it a beautifully landscaped swimming pool outside. We took really beautiful walks, the gardens in Arcen we had already been but stay beautiful. So all praise !!

We had a really lovely stay. The hosts are adorable and very thoughtful, one of the kindest that we've encountered! The home was super clean and comfortable, fully equipped and was in an great area. our children are over the moon with the cute toys and gifts they had, as well as our fur babies too 🥰 . Highly reccomended and will be back.

We spent our annual girls weekend at this place and would definitely like to come back next year. We had a large accommodation with great furnishings and, most importantly, a private pool and a great sauna. We were able to chat so much on the covered terrace and just enjoy the time. The host received us and explained everything and then left us our space. On the day of departure, we were there at the appointed time and he entertained us. Thank you for the great time

We were travelling back from Finland to the UK with our 2 dogs and needed somewhere to stay for our last night. Ideally we would be able to self cater and give our dogs a good long walk. After explaining the situation to Fridolin, he invited us to book. We arrived late afternoon, check in was easy and the annexe was just perfect for our needs😁It had a very homely feel and some very nice touches as well. Using the directions given, we gave our dogs a much needed long walk in the countryside right from the front door in the evening sunshine😎🐾🐾 With big name supermarkets nearby we were able to get our supplies for dinner and breakfast👍🏻 We slept like logs on a super comfy bed, the house is in a dead end road so was very peaceful. After another long walk, we left feeling like we had found a little gem and wishing we could have stayed another night. We would not hesitate to stay again should we be passing by and happily recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at the place. Everything was clean and almost more beautiful than in the photos! The surroundings are quiet, beautiful and you can go for great walks. Gladly come back.

We had a lovely stay at Simone's cottage. Everything was also really as it was in the listing. No wifi, no TV. It was really relaxing. The cottage is in the woods, the only thing you hear were the birds. What I had to get used to was that you have to make coffee by hand. But yes, that doesn't really matter, because we were free and didn't have to do anything that really needed. We hope to be welcome in this cottage again.

Hello afternoon, the home was clean and well appointed. There was everything you could possibly need to feel comfortable. There was shopping nearby, and you could walk the dog wonderfully. Everything was in the best order.

Anna's house is a gem! It all looks exactly like the photos and my fiancé and I had a wonderful time there. Everything was very lovingly prepared when we arrived, chocolate and sparkling wine were already waiting for us. The facility is simply fantastic and the two cattle are incredibly cute and curious. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely little house, tastefully decorated with everything you need! Located in a very quiet area! In the middle of the woods. And nice cities such as Zutphen and Deventer are close by. Also beautiful hiking trails. In short, if you really want to relax, go here!

We stayed 1 week and enjoyed it very much. Especially the large garden and the many toys for the children. The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The house felt very private and cozy, but it is clearly not the newest anymore. The kitchen was well equipped but the pans and cutlery a little worn and so was the dinner table. The bathroom was functional, but there was very little hot water which ran out midway during a quick shower even. Also, the shower head needs replacement. We only found 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 1 week stay for 4 people and 4 dishwashertabs, so take some of these items with you or be prepared to buy it on the spot. Internet WiFi was good. Overall still a 5 star experience because of the garden, toys and private feeling and so we do recommend staying here.

We stayed at Petra's place for 3 nights and felt right at home. The place is much nicer and bigger than the pictures showed. We were very warmly welcomed by Petra and the hot tub was already preheated for us upon arrival. We will be happy to come back! 😊
