Converted from a bakery in 1950s into a pottery and apartment, the living accommodation is mostly upstairs. 2 double beds, 2 bunk beds and large living room with balcony. A unique place.

The Tool Shed. A small brick shed on Moorland Farm

This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location 20 minutes from the centre of Lincoln. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a takeaway etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated courtyard equipped with a table and two chairs. Car parking is directly outside the courtyard.
