Nearby is the village of La Gacilly home of Yves Rocher and an important and stunning photography exhibition. Rose Cottage is a perfect rural retreat.

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

The apartment is located in the picturesque neighborhood of Chantenay/Sainte Anne, known for its historic character, quality shops and village atmosphere. Nestled at the bottom of a small courtyard, it evokes the charm of Italian courtyards and southern coastal cities. Carefully decorated in shades of sapphire blue and antique pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15-minute walk away.

This half-timbered house is located in the heart of the historic center of Malestroit, on a pedestrian street. Free parking is nearby. Everything is within walking distance: shops, Nantes Canal in Brest... Many activities take place in Malestroit on weekends. Market on Thursday morning. WiFi is installed as well as TV.
