Deux logements disponibles, l'un pour 4 personnes et l'autre pour 3 personnes. Pour votre tranquillité et votre confort, si vous louez l'un des deux, l'autre ne sera pas occupé. Mon logement est au calme en pleine nature auprès de chevaux, jolie vue sur le soleil couchant. SAUNA : Espace privatisé sur réservation 25 euros pour 2 personnes. à 5 min. de la Roche Bernard, petit port touristique. Plages à 20 min. proche de la Brière, le golf du Morbihan, la côte de jade. Rénové de façon originale.

Charmante maison avec piscine privée de 8 X 5 (Ouverture de Mai à fin Sept selon météo) sur un terrain entièrement clôturé et sans vis-à-vis située dans un endroit très calme. Vous pourrez profiter de la rivière de l'Oust à 100m et du canal de Nantes à Brest à 1km. Site de l'île aux pies à 4kms par le halage (accès à 100m de la maison) où différentes activités vous serons proposées (accrobranche, canoë, escalade). De nombreux chemins de randonnées et de trail sont aussi accessibles à proximité.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.
