Monthly Rentals in Red Pond Bay

Khalilah did an amazing job at welcoming us even when our flights were delayed and canceled! She even went out of her way to plan a special gift upon our arrival knowing we were honeymooning! Overall amazing space with exceptional views!

Brian was outstanding! He was super quick to respond to any question we had. We arrived super late and he still responded quickly. His place was super cute! The bed/pillows were comfortable, the furniture was great, and it came stocked with some necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked every single day. The pool was fantastic, just what we needed with a 4 year old with! One thing I wished is that we didn’t wait to get the gate key from the office - parking in the middle parking lot saved a ton of steps! We made the mistake of carrying groceries up the stairs the first day we got there. The office personnel were more than helpful and friendly. Dawn Beach is super walkable (just go down past the security guard at the Marriott and follow the road by the resort!). There were a few beach towels provided which was nice! Overall, we had an absolute blast and Brian and his home made all the difference. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

The area was nice and quiet. Very secluded neighbourhood which brought additional safety to our stay which is super important for me. Anna communicated everything we needed to access the place in advance which prevented any inconveniences. To top it off, the pool being right at outside our door was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again
