Very clean, comfortable accomodation. Communication was good, beds were very comfortable and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. We did a lovely walk down to the local beach and along the coast. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Vicki’s place was great ! Very homey feel and the bed was so comfortable. My girlfriend and I watched the sunset with a wine on the bench chair out the front it was lovely. The biscuits with our coffee in the morning were a nice treat, we love that. I’d definitely stay here again, great price for the close location to Mornington Main Street.

Lovely little place to spend a few days. The area was quiet, the surrounding gardens beautiful and peaceful and the accommodation comfortable. The place had all the amenties needed as well as a few little extras to make the stay special. John provided ample information and suggestions on information sheets and brochures with ideas to explore the area. We didn't meet John until the day we were leaving so the place was very private too. We would visit again if we are in the area in the future :)

Great spot for a weekend escape! George & Martha were wonderful hosts, always proactive with communication and made the stay smooth and enjoyable. The place is cozy and comfortable. One thing to note is that the WiFi speed is a bit on the slower side, so if you need fast internet, just keep that in mind. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Great place amazing location good use a little bit of a better price

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Great place. I had read some reviews about it being a bit noisy, but it wasn’t bad at all. The bedrooms were on the opposite side of the apartment, so road noise wasn’t an issue. Would stay there again.

Swan Bay views was the perfect accommodation for our needs as a couple with a dog. It had everything we needed from a large secure backyard for the dog to a warm and cosy one bedroom apartment with high quality king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. We appreciated the extra touches on arrival with the lovely sourdough bread, lemon cake and home made jams, prewarmed rooms, instructions and local recommendations. It was a nice blend of B&B and AirBnB with the lovely provisions and well stocked kitchen and owners onsight but out of site. The location was a short walk to main street and a nice and quiet location with beautiful views of Swan bay to greet you each morning.

The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful views particularly at sunset but also early morning with large balconies to enjoy it from, and an easy walk down to the beach. Parking in the building is great. Everything was clean and well looked after, and there were helpful pantry and fridge supplies. The beds were very comfortable, and nice modern bathrooms. Access to the highway to explore is very easy.

Carola’s place is in a private & quiet corner of the resort close to the pool. The unit is very clean and functional with all the necessities provided, including a bath (which wasn’t in the listing, so a welcome surprise for our toddler). The resort is quite fun for kids, with pools and games rooms and a kart track. A lovely place to stay- highly recommended.

Wow! There are no other words that can quite encapsulate how amazing our stay was here. Frank and Helen were incredible hosts providing flexibility with our check in and out, helpful instructions for our drive up to avoid backed up areas and always ready to help with anything we needed; not to mention the delicious baked goods left for us everyday made by Helen herself. The location itself is a little of slice of heaven and even better than what the pictures showed. With our very own private balcony that led onto a picturesque slice of land and nothing but the sounds of birds, we felt truly at peace here. Frank and Helen welcomed us into their paradise and made us feel more at home than we could have ever dreamt of. The attention to detail in the Airbnb is profound; you will want for nothing if you stay here! Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. 1000/10 - Elle and Anthony

From first making the booking, Margaret was very mindful of us and a great communicator. Very friendly and welcoming. She checked we had received the instructions on how to gain access and that we understood the procedure. The view of the sea and being an easy walk to the township were great attributes.

Kathryn was a great host! Very good communication on how to get to and into the apartment. Also very helpful with local events. Definitely recommend
