Wir bieten eine kleine Wohnung (ca.50qm) für max. 3 Personen im 1. OG unseres ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus am Rande von Recklinghausen an. Die Treppe hinauf ist etwas steil, es gibt aber beidseitig einen Handlauf. Wir wohnen in einer ruhigen Siedlung , umgeben von Feldern und Wäldern, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten in der City. Die Anbindung zur A2 und A43 ist optimal. Bushaltestellen u. Discounter sind ebenfalls in der Nähe . Kein Treffpunkt für Zweisamkeit !!Keine Besucher!! Keine Party!!

The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.
