We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The entire house from 1928 was completely renovated in 2018. The approx. 30 square meter cozy apartment is adjacent to the beautiful city garden in Recklinghausen. The Ruhrfestspielhaus is just a few steps from the property. The city center of Recklinghausen can also be reached within 10 minutes' walk. The view guarantees a beautiful view of the countryside in both directions. On one side is the city garden and on the other side old, enchanted gardens.

The 60-square-meter guest apartment is located in Marl-Hüls on a central but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only 200 meters away; from there, you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station, with connections to Münster, Essen, Haltern am See, or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is one bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.
