Very nice place, very private, very quiet area, hot water in the shower always available compared to other accommodations where I have stayed I always have problems with that, the only thing it needs is some basic cleaning items like a mop because when I get out of the bathroom I always leave a lot of water in the bathroom and I slip several times, other than that everything is very pleasant, I will be back soon.

Jorge os a Greta host and the apartment is as described, perfect for my needs. Highly recommend. It is the perfect spot for a stay in a working trip to the most important industrial area in Monterrey, it really takes you away from it all allowing you to relax.

I booked Estancia San Jose for my husband and son, who were spending a week rock climbing at El Portrero Chico. They enjoyed everything about the accommodation. The host, Alberto Jr., who was filling in for his father, was very nice, and provided them with lots of helpful information. The house always had plenty of hot water, the wi-fi always worked, having the A/C was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The location is close to the EPC entrance, and within walking distance to some good restaurants. If you are coming to climb at EPC, Alberto's house is a perfect choice! Highly recommend! Will stay here again when we return!

The place is as described, spacious and cute, the bed is super comfortable and the pillows too, it has everything you need to cook easy things, I loved that everything was very clean. The air conditioning worked perfect as well as the hot water. 2 blocks away there is a Seven eleven. I would definitely come back.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for a climbing trip. Close to the canyon for climbing, but far enough away to not be affected by the noise from the parties on Sunday nights in the canyon. Air conditioning worked great on the hot days. There was a TV in the ad/photos but not in the suite -- we inquired and they brought over a TV very quickly! Lots of hot water which isn't frequent for the area. Lots of storage for climbing gear, and every bed had outlets for charging devices. Hosts and folks working on the property were very friendly and kind. I'd stay again if I returned on a 3 person climbing trip.

Very comfortable. Thanks Zule, nice to meet you in person, the loft is as advertised, very good views, the only thing was the train that passed by at certain times and the noise was loud, but that's not Zule's fault, so I'll put that aside and I'm super happy with the stay, I hope to return soon 👌

A very nice place to spend time with the family, a little far if you don't bring a vehicle but everything is very good, cleanliness, comfort and good service. Very grateful, I would definitely come back.

Very nice cabin, excellent value for money, the host is very attentive to questions. We had a very nice and very relaxed time, even though there is no cell phone or internet signal, it is not necessary because it is just to spend a weekend break. The cabin has all the basic and necessary equipment. Ideal for outdoor walks... We will definitely be back!
