Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

The house was lovely and had all of the amenities you needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would highly recommend this property! Marta was incredibly helpful and her mum was a great help throughout our stay. Look forward to visiting Zadar soon m!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Pool was fantastic, views of the sunset from the balcony every evening stunning. Just a few minutes from the sea. Brilliant place, wish we could have stayed longer

We loved our stay here so much and didn't want to leave. Ivan and his family are wonderful hosts, always there to help with a smile, but lots of space for everybody. They work hard and have earned their amazing reputation with locals and holiday makers. Our kids loved the pool, the space to play and the kittens! Thank you so much Ivan, we would love to come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay with Danijela. She is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We felt right at home. It is a few minute walk to the beach and just a little further for the old town. We highly recommend staying with Danijela. Thank you for having us !

I really enjoyed my stay at Damir's place. he was a fantastic host and the home was perfectly near many amenities without having to be right in the city center.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Ivanna’s apartment was great, nice views warm family greeting, helpful with restaurant suggestions, places to visit etc. very relaxing. Thk you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

Great place and very clean. We immediately felt at home. Very nice welcome and we were allowed to check in at 8:00 am. Check-in went smoothly👌. Great location is central but quiet. Charming garden in beautiful surroundings right on the water. Perfect for switching off and relaxing and you can always find a nice shady spot. You can (e.g. in complete silence around it at sunrise) go swimming, go out by boat, have a cozy aperitif by the water in the evening and have a delicious barbecue. There is everything you need in the house. Great view, especially from the upper apartment. There are shops nearby, but you need a car. Thank you for the wonderful time. We spent two excellent weeks. We had a great time and were able to rest. We felt right at home. Mihaela and her parents were always looking out for us. They were very affectionate with our daughter and our little dog!! Mihaela's mother made us delicious homemade bread! It's a very quiet place to rest. The sea in the mornings is very calm. You can swim like in a pool. We also really enjoyed going for a run in the morning or at sunset. We had an excellent stay!! Thank you very much

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

Great host, helpful and easy to communicate.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free loungers. In the apartment everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was always possible without any problems. We will certainly be back!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.

We had a really great holiday in the apartment. Super equipped, great location, pool, parking and most importantly the fantastic view. Absolutely recommended

I had booked for 6 people but it was sufficient for 4 people it was not as equipped as expected there were many small things that were not so great otherwise it was very nice who Book 3 or 4 there for you, it is sufficient, but I was a little disappointed with the value for money
