Monthly Rentals in Raymond

I visit New Hampshire often to visit family, and I knew this year I would have to stay somewhere other than my Mom's house for the Holidays. I really needed the space (both physically and mentally) to unwind after a hectic year. As a New Yorker I was craving a waterfront, private home, with no shared walls, and fresh air. In this economy I assumed I was out of luck and became a bit discouraged. When stumbled upon Fernando's listing, it seemed too good to be true. My arrival was delayed because my partner had become very sick suddenly, and I had let Fernando know just to keep him in the loop. Immediately he offered a refund for the night I was going to miss - unprompted. His hospitality was unmatched even before I arrived. Im a very meticulous person and I can honestly say that the home itself and every detail was perfection. The pictures are lovely, but its even better in person - big, open, airy, bright, labeled, and fully stocked. Ill be back as often possible. Thank you!

Kate’s place is a charming studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. She and her co-host are quick to respond to anything and both very kind! I advise having a car if you stay here, as the home is in a residential area; however, you could probably walk to the downtown area in about 20 minutes. Also, the Bagel Cafe is barely a 10-minute walk and totally worth it. I would stay here again.
