Monthly Rentals in Rawai

We stayed at Arnaud’s place for 2 months, it was a simple and confortable apartment, within walking distance of everything we needed. We had good, restful nights of sleep. The apartment is very functional, with reliable and fast Wi-Fi, a quality fridge and quiet air conditioning. Arnaud is very friendly, helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond to help us and ensure we fully enjoyed our vacation in Phuket.

Really enjoyed the stay here in Rawai. My girlfriend and I spent the month in this apartment and didn't really have any problems. The wifi works very reliably so it's well set up for video calls. It's a very quiet area, seems to be mainly families. You won't encounter much disturbance so it was very peaceful overall. The area is great, with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants nearby (Costa, We Cafe, Vida, Poached). The Japanese restaurant by the apartment is also really nice. The host also provided complimentary cleaning once a week which we really appreciated and they were very easy to get hold of. Would recommend this place

nice apartment. good area.great facilities. only television could be updated to smart TV for YouTube and Netflix watching .everything worked well and as explained. Great pool sauna steam room .perfect place to stay
