The place is as it is described, equipped, clean, recently renewed, cozy, with a very friendly responsive host. It has all is needed for a joyful comfortable stay. We were with two and stayed for less than a week. We enjoyed our stay a lot ant it is totally worth the money. The equipped studio makes it comfortable to stay even longer. The building and neighborhood is rather calm. There is small supermarket across the street, if needed. The location is very comfortable, close to the center while being easily accessible by car. There are parking lots in the street, also there is a parking close by. We parked both on the street and also in the parking. The parking is within few hundred meters and was comfortable to reach on foot.

This apartment was nothing short of amazing! Pristine, comfortable & modern in a very convenient location. Communication with Ivor & Davorka was smooth and they were extremely helpful. Looking forward to returning in the near future! Highly recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Strand und Altstadt sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Check in über Reisebüro. Deutschsprachige Kommunikation. Easy Check in. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir (4-köpfige Familie) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im House Paola. Die Unterkunft ist ein kleines Häuschen, mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das Wohn- & Esszimmer ist groß genug für einen entspannten Fernsehabend und zum Essen bei Schlechtwetter. In der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss bei den Schlafräumen war bei bis zu 37 Grad im August wirklich Gold wert. Der Pool, der exklusiv für die Unterkunft zu nutzen ist, bot auch eine wunderbare Abkühlung und war auch sehr gepflegt. Vedrana ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Unsere Kids wollten sich gar nicht mehr von Vedranas lieben Hunden trennen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und man kann die lauen Sommerabende auf der Terrasse genießen. Zum Strand fährt man ca. 10 Autominuten, was aber für uns völlig in Ordnung war, da wir lieber die Ruhe im Vinodol den überfüllten Strandortschaften vorgezogen haben.

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt ( 3 min zum Strand ), mit schönem Blick auf Vrbnik und das Meer. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung wie beschrieben sauber und makellos vorgefunden. Auch die Dachterasse mit Meerblick war ein großes Plus. Leider konnten wir nachts nicht die Fenster öffnen, da die vorbeifahrenden Autos teils laut waren. Unsere Gastgeberin Marija war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll fanden wir auch den flexiblen CheckIn und Marijas Erreichbarkeit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und wünschen Alles Gute.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch nah an vielen schönen Ausflugsorten und Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von der unkomplizierten Kommunikation über die schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen bis hin zu tollen Tipps für die Umgebung – es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder. Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung!

lielisks dzīvoklis,visas ērtības, baseins fantastisks,tikai 5 minūšu gājiena attālumā no pludmales. Saimniece laipna, atsaucīga un izpalīdzīga.Sala un īpaši pilsēta Baška ļoti skaista,reljefaina, ir vērts turp aizbraukt un izbaudīt. Pie dzīvokļa ir auto novietne ar aizsardzību no saules.

Me and my friends had an incredible stay in Igors beautiful apartment!! It was well equipped with everything we needed, and the view was stunning. Really close to the sea and had a store right next to the building. Igor was a really helpful host and responded quickly. He left us a welcome bottle of wine and showed us around the apartment when we arrived which was really appreciated. Would love to come back!!
