Great location. The host was very friendly and helpful. The place felt roomy and modern. We would love to return.

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Has everything you need. Beautiful private garden. Very clean. Easy to go by bus from central station. Highly recommended.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

Barbara was a great host and made the check in process really easy. We were able to check in a little early but would have been able to leave our luggage if needed. The apartment was very spacious and located on a great quiet street. I wish we had stayed here longer because it was such a great place to stay at. At check in Barbara also was very helpful in explaining the area, things to do, how to use things in the apartment, and was super friendly. This made our entire Bologna stay a great experience and we would definitely want to stay here again.

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Apartment matching the description. Friendly and helpful host. As far as I'm concerned, very comfortable apartment, as it is equipped with various appliances (not all are equipped with an electric and immersion blender!). I also appreciated the location as it allows you to park your car comfortably and there is a deli/pastry shop and a fried food shop a few meters from the house.

The apartment was evidently renovated maybe ten years ago, keeping the tiles, perhaps original, in the kitchen and bathroom area on the ground floor. I would have avoided some slightly disturbing paintings, but apart from these small things the apartment is pleasant and you feel at home. A comfortable living area with a nice TV, adjacent to the kitchen. The bathrooms are very small but nothing else could be done in these pretty houses in the center. Convenient that you don't have the key. There is a modern combination system to access the house. Comfortable and spacious beds. A perfect location for visiting the center.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

clean and cozy home just a few kilometers from Urbino. Ideal for a stay with friends because the spaces are really large. The gem is the fireplace that Angelo kindly left on for us on our arrival. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Where to start, I'd start by saying first of all that it was a resounding experience. Danilo immediately made us feel at home at the reception, presenting himself as a polite and easy-going person; it was very nice to exchange words with him! Moving on to talk about the accommodation, I would use a single adjective, INCREDIBLE. This is because it exceeded all our expectations: Impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every accessory (without exaggerating), the outdoor area is literally the icing on the cake. We stayed 2 nights and it was enough for us to fully understand how much attention to detail is behind it. In conclusion, I can say that this accommodation will remain the first choice if there is an opportunity to return to the area for a few days and I will recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic place to stay in Pesaro! Apartment was clean, tidy, matches photos and was well presented with all the amenities I needed. Was a very pleasant stay. Oscar was very friendly and responsive and helped me find the place and also gave some tips on local sights to see. Would happily stay here again!

It was a little far from downtown, so I mainly took the bus, but there were many stops nearby, so it was convenient. At night, the street lights weren't bright, so it was a little scary to go around, but it was quiet and dark when I slept, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. The host is very responsive and willing to solve the problem and is very kind

We loved Antonio’s place and would stay there every time! The 3 flights of stairs only were a negative when we arrived and had to carry our bags up, but Antonio graciously helped us with our luggage! The location is near a beautiful park which we and our daughter loved. So many great places to eat and drink nearby. It was quiet and the bedroom can become very dark which was great for jet lag with a small child. Thank you Antonio for a great stay! We loved Bologna and can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Everything is impeccable, professional managers... than you can want more. I want to emphasize the tranquility and silence that have pleasantly characterized our stay that are often missing in the accommodation facilities located in the historic centers.

We stayed four days in this apartment and had a great time. We had a small problem with the hot water, but when I told Claudio after 10 minutes he came and fixed it right away. Recommended.

It's the second time i go to this appartment and it's always a pleasure! It's really well located in the storic center and you have an easy access to everything.
