Claudia and her husband are very hospitable and nice people. Always helpful, respond quickly to concerns. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained for Italian standards. Well equipped, all appliances work. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The only "but"... the apartment is located on a very lively street, cafes, bars and restaurants. In the evening it is noisy. And at 6 AM every day garbage containers are emptied, which is also very noisy. Anyone sleeping with public windows has to accept it. Otherwise, everything was very pleasing.

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

My friend and I had a brilliant stay at Dario’s apartment. The flat was spacious, quiet and clean. Dario could not have been kinder and more thoughtful - we were greeted with wine, coffee, fruit and snacks. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed 2 nights in his apartment and had a great time. Everything is very clean and tidy. All the information about check-in and parking was provided to us quickly and Nicola was always available even when I returned to retrieve some forgotten personal belongings. The place was error-free. The host gave us lots of helpful recommendations for nearby activities and social and cultural events during our stay. Which we loved to use. The place was stylishly clean and in a completely quiet environment. Recommended.

Nice and functional apartment, about ten minutes from the city center. The presence of the railway very close is however quite noisy. Franca is a responsive and caring host.

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

Francesca's place is well structured, bright, and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but it is nevertheless very welcoming. The area where it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. Nearby are all the necessary services: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

Great location for drives into the countryside, yet on the local bus stop for easy access to the city. Andrea and his wife were perfect hosts, always helpful and welcoming. Will highly recommend and are planning to return next year.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you can wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path takes you to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you travel by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometers away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a peaceful haven in the middle of beautiful nature, with a relaxing and beneficial calm. We were warmly welcomed by Bernedetta's children. She explained everything to the last detail and also gave tips for the surroundings. The house was in great shape and is also very nice! It is a building from the 13th century and many details have been nicely preserved. You are at the top of the mountains with only a few hundred meters away from another holiday stay of the same family. Furthermore, you won't be bothered by anyone. You can enjoy an insane view.

New, very clean apartment, in a nice condominium, a stone's throw from everything but located in a quiet area. The reserved parking space is definitely a plus. Considering the quality of the services, you can get around without a car. Enrico and his mother are very kind and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Friendly and helpful host. We stayed for an event on the Mugello track and the apartment is not even 10 minutes from the circuit, so it is very convenient. The apartment is as described and was clean upon our arrival. The owner also provided us with some information on where to eat in the evening and made himself available in case we needed any advice for the stay. See you next time. 👍

Roberto's place was very spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a stay in Bologna. Everything you needed was on site. Roberto was available to answer my questions, in addition to giving me some useful tips to enjoy the city. He was also flexible, which was greatly appreciated. Please note that he does not speak English on the phone. Nothing serious, but good to know!

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable.
