Le logement était une maison située à flanc de montagne, plusieurs logements cohabitaient tout en ayant leur intimité et leur extérieur propre. Le logement était équipé de tous les équipements décrits et tout était parfaitement fonctionnel, notre hôte nous a même trouvé une grande poêle pour cuisiner plus facilement ! La propriété bénéficie d'emplacements de parking privatifs et ombragés ce qui n'est pas négligeable. La piscine située en contrebas des logements offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Pratovecchio offre tous les commerces nécessaires ouverts généralement jusqu'à 20h. Le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Florence, Sienne, et tous les villages environnants qui offrent tous un couvent, un château, un vignoble, bref vous ne vous ennuierez pas. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Posto bellissimo, silenzioso e rilassante, comodo per riposare dopo le puntate in città per visitare le bellezze di Firenze. Ordinato e curato nei dettagli sia in casa (dagli utensili ai quadretti alle pareti) sia negli esterni (le rose e i glicini sui pergolati della casa padronale, la piscina)... Tutto molto scenografico! 😍 Anche la nostra cagnolina Regina si è divertita un sacco a correre nel prato e a giocare con Colorado. Speriamo di tornarci!

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

мы провели в доме 10 волшебных дней. Гуляли и возвращались в дом как в нашу тихую гавань, дарующую усталым путникам спокойствие и прохладу в тени деревьев. На машине мы посещали местные достопримечательности и исследовали пляжи. Все было великолепно! Мы предпочитаем готовить сами и в доме все было для этого. В 5 мин езды от дома есть новый и большой продуктовый магазин EuroSpin. Для большего комфорта нам не хватало посудомойки и микроволновки, но мы знали что их нет и были к этому готовы. Много различных моющих средств и это позволяет легко поддерживать чистоту в доме. Дом чистый и просторный и имеет 2 терассы, есть возможность делать барбекю что мы с удовольствием сделали. Бассейн в 20 шагах от дома и это большой плюс. Уважаемые Titti E Vito, больше спасибо Вам за эту возможность провести наш отпуск в вашем доме. Мы без сомнения рекомендуем тут останавливаться всем желающим.

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Mais wouahou. Quel havre de paix ! Ce séjour malheureusement trop court a été magique. Le lieu est sublime, d’un calme absolu avec des chatons et un chien, des poules… Le logement est incroyable, extrêmement bien équipé, propre avec des fleurs fraîches, on se sent comme à la maison! Et Prem est une hôte d’exception, un panier avec des spécialités italienne, une bouteille de vin et des légumes de son potager et elle est d’une douceur et d’une gentillesse! Ce lieu est magique si vous voulez vous ressourcez, être en accord avec la nature et les animaux. Sublime

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

L'appartamento è davvero bellissimo, esattamente come descritto e mostrato nelle foto, se non addirittura più bello! Una menzione speciale per l'host Giovanna: risponde immediatamente ai messaggi, è molto disponibile e ha permesso un check-out flessibile. Consigliatissimo!

Il nostro soggiorno a Ravenna è stato super! Angela Maria e la sua famiglia sono degli host eccezionali, sempre disponibili e cortesi. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni della casa e dei dintorni, e anche durante il soggiorno ci sono stati forniti consigli su cosa fare e dove andare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e con ogni comfort, inoltre è veramente a due passi dal centro, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Ravenna, noi non ci siamo mai spostati con la macchina. Sicuramente da consigliare e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Ottima casa, un sogno nel cuore della città di Rimini. Un alloggio da sogno, tutto super pulito e perfetto. Raramente ho trovato su alloggio di pari qualità per chi davvero complimenti. Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Un piacevole soggiorno in questa bella casa grande e confortevole. L’immobile era pulitissimo, non mancava proprio nulla , anzi l’host sig.ra Vanessa , ci ha fatto trovare latte , brioches , marmellata. Una persona amorevole. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio per un bel soggiorno in questa bella dimora .

perfetto per chi deve andare in Fiera o vuole una situazione tranquilla. Ottimo avere anche a disposizione un parcheggio privato per l'auto.

Nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak, a konyha jól felszerelt. A teraszról nagyon szép a kilátás. Egy hetet töltöttünk itt, de nagyon otthon érezte magát mindenki. A strand közel van, maximum 15 perc alatt megközelíthető. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und alles war sehr sauber und neu. Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten restaurierten Stallgebäude, so dass ein tolles Ambiente entsteht. Man ist mit dem Zug schnell und einfach in Florenz und Pisa oder kann zum Baden an einen See fahren. Genau das Richtige für Leute, die Ruhe suchen und trotzdem etwas sehen möchten! Wir würden auf jeden Fall gern wieder kommen!

Ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, der Strand ist direkt hinter dem Haus, Geschäfte und Cafes nebenan, auch der Garten war unglaublich schön, inklusive eines großen Privatparkplatzes. Alle Italiener sind äußerst freundlich und kommunikativ. Und die Innenstadt wäre sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen, um das Parkplatzproblem zu umgehen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig, ab 5 Uhr hört man die Vögel pfeifen. Aber insgesamt mein schönster Urlaub.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa presso l’alloggio di Mauro. La casa è circondata da paesaggi stupendi e l’ampio giardino interamente recintato è perfetto per chi ha cani o bimbi piccoli. Mauro è un host gentile, disponibile e molto discreto. La casa è spaziosa, dotata di ogni comfort e la pulizia è impeccabile. Consigliamo vivamente a tutti un soggiorno in questa oasi di pace, non ve ne pentirete.

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️
