House vacation rentals in Ravenna

The accommodation was a house on the side of the mountain, several homes cohabited while having their privacy and their clean exterior. The accommodation was equipped with all the amenities described and everything was perfectly functional, our host even found us a large stove to cook more easily! The property benefits from private and shaded car spaces which is not insignificant. The swimming pool below has unobstructed views of the valley. Pratovecchio offers all the necessary shops usually open until 8 p.m. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Florence, Siena, and all the surrounding villages that all offer a convent, a castle, a vineyard, in short you will not get bored. We were a group of 13 people – with and without impairment, a facility from Switzerland – and were allowed to spend our Easter vacation this year in your house. Both the house itself and the surroundings impressed us, but especially we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year at this time and have already experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house suited us as a group as perfectly as yours. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful time we were able to spend with you. It was an all-round successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing, comfortable to rest after betting in the city to visit the beauties of Florence. Tidy and well-kept in detail both in the house (from utensils to squares to walls) and in the exterior (the roses and wisteria on the pergolas of the manor house, the pool)... Everything is very scenic! 😍 Our dog Regina also had a lot of fun running in the lawn and playing with Colorado. We hope to go back!

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco and Sere’s! The view was even better than the photos. We stayed as a group of 7 adults and a 7 month old baby and there was plenty of space. Francesco met us in Rufina and we followed him in our cars to the castle. The drive up to the castle is narrow and the last part is a gravel road but we got used to it quickly and it was worth it for the views. Nearby Rufina had some great restaurants and a grocery store with everything we needed. Francesco arranged for a chef to come to the castle for a cooking class and also arranged a full day wine tour with pick up and drop off at the Airbnb which were highlights of the trip! The jacuzzi was lovely and the garden area was perfect. The pool wasn’t open yet as it was early April when we travelled but the pool area looked very nice also. Francesco and Sere were very responsive to any questions we had. Overall we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend!

we spent 10 magical days in the house. We walked and returned to the house like our quiet harbor, giving tired travelers peace and coolness in the shade of trees. By car we visited the local attractions and explored the beaches. Everything was great! We prefer to cook ourselves and everything was for this in the house. There is a new and large EuroSpin grocery store 5 min drive from the house. For more comfort, we lacked a dishwasher and microwave, but we knew that they were not there and were ready for it. Lots of different detergents and it makes it easy to keep the house clean. The house is clean and spacious and has 2 terraces, there is an opportunity to make a barbecue, which we enjoyed doing. The pool is 20 steps from the house and this is a big plus. Dear Titti E Vito, thank you more for this opportunity to spend our vacation in your home. We no doubt recommend staying here for everyone.

Fabio is a great host. We felt really comfortable in the house. It is very tastefully decorated. The garden was great and the children especially liked it. The pool is appealing and great for cooling off on hot days. Fig trees grow in the garden with super delicious fruits. Fabio greeted and said goodbye to us and always asked in between if everything was OK - a really great service. Should we come back to the region, Fabio is certainly our first choice.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Wow. What a peaceful haven! This unfortunately too short stay was magical. The place is sublime, absolute calm with kittens and a dog, chickens… The accommodation is amazing, extremely well-equipped, clean with fresh flowers, it feels like home! And Prem is an exceptional host, a basket with Italian specialties, a bottle of wine and vegetables from her garden and she is sweet and kind! This place is magical if you want to recharge your batteries, be in harmony with nature and animals. Sublime

Very large, comfortable, clean and in a quiet area. Mrs. Fedora is extremely helpful, kind and proactive, meeting us for check-in needs. Very satisfied with the stay.

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

The apartment is really beautiful, exactly as described and shown in the photos, if not even more beautiful! A special mention for the host Giovanna: she responds immediately to messages, is very helpful and allowed a flexible check-out. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Ravenna was super! Angela Maria and her family are exceptional hosts, always available and courteous. Upon our arrival we were provided with all the directions to the house and the surroundings, and even during the stay we were provided with advice on what to do and where to go. The house is beautiful, spacious and quiet. Everything is very clean and with every comfort, it is also really within walking distance of the center, in a 10-minute walk you can reach the center of Ravenna, we never moved by car. Definitely recommend and can't wait to come back!

The host is very welcoming. We need the detergent. The heater stopped at night. It was handled the next day.

A pleasant stay in this beautiful, large and comfortable home. The property was very clean, nothing was missing, indeed the hostess Ms. Vanessa, left us milk, croissants, jam. A loving person. We will definitely be back and I recommend it for a nice stay in this beautiful home.

Except for the inconvenience of not having WI-FI, everything else is pretty good. It's a 5-minute walk to the exhibition hall, perfect for people attending the exhibition.

The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the terrace is very nice. We spent a week here, but it really felt like home for everyone. The beach is close and can be reached in 15 minutes maximum. Would recommend to anyone.

The most incredible place… views to die for, and if lucky you might get a lightning storm and shooting star…. Highly recommend

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, the garden was also incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking lot. All Italians are extremely friendly and communicative. And the city center would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very bright, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my best vacation.
