Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing vacation with your loved ones, family or friends. The cottage is located 38 km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a living room with a kitchenette and an alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room and a sauna. In addition, there is a glazed terrace with an infrared heater and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air-source heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn. The beach is shallow and partly sandy. A rowboat and 2 SUP boards are available for guests to use!

If you're looking for a hike, there are some beautiful spots nearby: – Tiilikkajärvi National Park (approx. 30 minutes): trails of various lengths through the forest and along the water. – Älänne: A peaceful area with marshes, ridges, and lake ridges. – Couples tour: A ridge trail that ends at a lookout point overlooking the lake scenery. – Pisavuori: A short but steep climb to the observation tower. Near the house, there are forest trails for peaceful walks – alone, with your dog, or to clear your mind. You can find the instructions in the cabin folder.

Kallavedenranta

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Jokela School Summer Cottage

Traditional Finnish summer cottage with sauna building, separate sleeping cabin, outdoor toilet and barbecue canopy. The place is located along the Matkusjoki river. Further up in the courtyard is the old Jokela school (built in 1928), which we renovated. If you enjoy a genuine summer cottage with minimal extra comforts, then this could be your summer destination. Here you can enjoy the heat of the wood-fired sauna and relax in the outdoor hot tub. In the apartment you have a 140 cm double bed, dining table, dressing room with washing facilities, toilet, fridge, microwave and kettle. The property also has a carport with electric car charging (extra charge). The apartment is located in the courtyard of a detached house, in a separate building. Good outdoor terrain for hiking and frisbee golf, among other things. Linens and towels will be provided, as well as a hot tub and sauna.

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and a new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

A lovely 1950s house with a sauna is available for rent, which can accommodate 1-6 people. Two double beds, in addition to which two separate extra beds can be added if necessary.
