Clean, cozy, peaceful place. Great service in the sauna with the water ready. A wonderfully refreshing pond that was nice to take a dip in the heat. Hotel-level breakfast in the main house. I recommend driving a little aside is not a burden.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, new house at the lake. The house and everything in it was new and clean, spacious and well taken care of. The view of the lake is beautiful, the water very clear. Great that we could use the rowing boat. We enjoyed the veranda and being in serene nature very much. All worked well in the kitchen and the sauna. If you want to enjoy a kind of remote place in nature it is perfect. It is very quiet and there is no road nearby, only a sort of dirtroad getting there. There are a few houses nearby but we had no neighbours this time and it is all situated so that it feels very private. We really recommend this place and we hope that we can visit it another time.

The stay was perfect for a weekend in Tahko. Questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. It was easy and effortless to stay. Short distances to services. The bedding was ready and the place was really clean anyway. We stayed with five people and the listing was the right size for us. The loft was also spacious.

A superb setting in the forest with lovely views across the lake. Harri kindly met me, explained everything about the cottage and lit the fire for my arrival. The sauna was terrific- quick to produce nice steam and there is a choice of 2 platforms to access the lake. The cottage is old school with all the basic necessities for an uncomplicated getaway. Recommended!
