Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

The train station is 5 minutes (walking), to Munich it is 40 minutes, Salzburg and Innsbruck 1 hour by train. A baker and innkeeper can be found in 100 m and all important shops are within walking distance or 2 minutes by car

Due to the special room layout, the different ceiling heights, the additional wood-burning stove and the individual room design, this "upper room" gets a certain "nest character." Balcony and terrace are just as available as a parking space and a bicycle shed (and bicycles). ... and suitable for winter sports enthusiasts!!!

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)
