Bus stop is with 1-2 minutes walking distance from the property that takes you into town in 7 minutes. The bus route also runs all the way up to Karlstad University. With a 15 minutes walk across the new bridge you can easily get to Löfberg's purple arena. The property has a free parking lot and wifi.

Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance.
