House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. The swimming pool (open from June 1 to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, with a beautiful view. The Pool House – Organic Charm & Pool

In Goult, a privatized organic village house, designed by an antique dealer-architect. A lively place, mixing materials, antique pieces and authentic charm. Access to the owner's pool and garden, shared with five other peaceful accommodations. An intimate experience in the heart of the village. The house is not accessible by car. You can park in the free public parking lot in the village square or just around it, a one-minute walk away.
