Great got people who want to just getaway from everything for a few days. Beautiful views, air, calm surroundings, not much to do, car is a must to get anywhere - but that was exactly what we needed. Probably a bit more busy in the high season.

I think this might be our favourite place on the Croatian coast. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautiful and welcoming. The best feature is the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean. Vice, the host, has many local recommendations and is very communicative and welcoming. We felt very comfortable and relaxed staying at this place. We would definitely come back. :)

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

Apartmán sme si prenajali mimo hlavnej sezóny, bol čistý a útulný, hostiteľka veľmi milá. Parkovanie vo dvore, poloha Pirovac výborná poloha na cestovanie a spoznávanie na všetky strany.

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Marina ontving ons persoonlijk bij aankomst, en na een korte tour door het verblijf gaf ze ons meerdere tips aan activiteiten om te doen in de regio. het verblijf ligt perfect voor meerdere dagen aan activiteiten en is enorm ruim ingedeeld!

Super! Een prachtige locatie, met een heerlijke tuin. Het huisje was mooi, schoon en ruim. En met Helena's welkom voelde we ons meteen thuis. We zaten op de eerste verdieping, en we hadden een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op de zee en op het zwembad. Het zwembad en het terras werden elke dag schoongemaakt, zodat we daar heerlijk konden zwemmen. De zee en het centrum waren op loopafstand, een echte aanrader om een strandwandeling te maken! Helena was zeer aardig en behulpzaam, en had zelfs voor ons een babybedje en een stoeltje geregeld. 100% aanrader, ik zou graag nog een keer terugkomen!

Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt - von der Kommunikation über die Sauberkeit, die Einrichtung, die Dekoration, das Lichtkonzept, der Parkplatz vor der Tür, die eigene schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten bis hin zum Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für unsere vielen Touren, zu dem wir abends immer gerne zurückgekehrt sind. Aber unbedingt Autan gegen die gerissenen dalmatinischen Mücken mitnehmen. 🙂

Pobyt u Ivy był super spędzonym czasem. Okolica spokojna, przyjazna, blisko do morza i do restauracji. Pokój, łazienka i kuchnia czyste, wyposażenie nowe, niczego nam nie zabrakło, a nawet był sprzęt, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy. ( opiekacz ) 🙂 Od Pirovac blisko do Zadaru i Splitu Polecam gorąco i dziękujemy za gościnę 🙂

Hele vriendelijke dame! Fijne verwelkoming, gaf met plezier uitleg en tips… we voelde ons meteen op ons gemak. Ook de accommodatie was dik in orde!

You do need a car or be comfortable taking Ubers or taxis, because there is nowhere we found in the immediate area to walk to except the airport. BUT the apartment is probably the most thought out Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. So clean and decorated perfectly. No detail missed. The balcony views are gorgeous. Would 100% stay here again. Loved the proximity to Trogir and Split isn’t too far ($40 Uber ride for family). HIGHLY recommend.

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. Great location, amazing harbor and islands view from the patio, very walkable to many restaurants and ~20 minute walk into the historic district which you can walk along the beach or a bit more direct along streets. Easy, short walks to multiple beaches both up and down the coast...providing options for quiet beaches or those with restaurants/bars, and activities. Very clean, comfortable, and with a private parking spot. Katarina our Host was proactive with meeting us at check-in, providing local advice and checking up to be sure everything was well...which is was! For a stay in Split, 100% would stay again!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, von der großen Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und Mate und Martina waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Whirlpool war schon bei der Ankunft befüllt und vorgeheizt, außerdem gab es eine Begrüßungsplatte. Wir haben uns also voll und ganz wohlgefühlt.

We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, extremely walkable. Our host reached out to find out exactly when we’d arrive so he could meet us and show us the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

Great location for walking to The old Town, the Port and the bus station. Accommodation was very clean and tidy. Helena was very friendly and responsive to our messages. We had a lovely week. Out of the hosts control but sadly we were woken by the builders every morning at 7.30am directly outside the windows which was not ideal for our holiday.
