The estate. Second home in the middle of the village and the forest

In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

Uzunberki Kuckó and Wine House, Balaton Uplands

Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Having our home in a peaceful location (East side of the St George Hill) far from the cities and even the village or the buzzling beach-life of the Balaton, ideally it is recommended for couples who appreciate being alone and admiring the beauties of nature, enjoying the undisturbed countryside life with its comfort. In case you are willing to enjoy a peaceful retreat in a beautiful natural environment meanwhile having easy access to culture, wine and gastronomy, you have found your place to be.

A Mandala house egy 8 személyes stílusos vendégház a festői Hegymagas falucskában, a magyar Toszkánának is nevezett Balaton-felvidéken. Az 1800 m²-es portán két vendégház áll: az itt bemutatott Mandala house, valamint a 2 személyes Tiny house, amely külön hirdetésben érhető el. A ház előtt vezetnek a túraútvonalak a Szent György-hegyre és a hegy híres borászataihoz. A Balaton mindössze 6 km-re van. A SZAUNA külön díj megfizetésével használható, egyeztetett időpontban (15.000 Ft/felfűtés).

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Cukorfok cottage

A tiny house on top of an old cellar at the skirts of Szent Gyorgy hill in the Badacsony wine region. It was recently renovated in a rustic but modern way - a wide double bed, spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a huge patio and AC is there for your comfort. Just watch in the evening as the sunset paints golden the tabletop mountains of the Tapolca Valley. Lake Balaton is a 10 minutes scenic drive and there are plenty of options nearby for excursions and other activities.

Our guesthouse is the last house in a quiet little sack village in the neighborhood of the Káli basin, surrounded by vineyards and a wonderful natural environment. The Kemencés House is located in one of Hungary's most popular tourist areas, the Balaton Uplands, 7 km from Lake Balaton.

We turned a little cellar building into a beautiful, cosy holiday home at the famous St. György hill, with a nice panoramic view to the lake Balaton and the castle ruin of Szigliget. The charm of this romantic place will make your holiday one to remember. Close to famous wine cellars, restaurants, farmers markets, beaches, hiking and biking routes. All summer around there are also exciting cultural, gastro and music events in the region.

Sky Luxury Suite with private jacuzzi and sauna

The Sky Luxury Suite is a Mediterranean romantic luxury apartment designed exclusively for two people. With a 360° view of the city center, Lake Balaton and Festetics Castle. The apartment has a private jacuzzi and sauna. Our room service pampers our guests with cocktails, hookahs, and other refreshments. The price does not include breakfast, it can be requested separately. Two electric scooters provide transportation in Keszthely.

Cheerful fully renovated 3 bedroom house

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
