Our experience was absolutely memorable at this amazing find that we stumbled upon. The roads were perfectly fine to reach the stay. And once you enter the stay, you wouldn't want to get out. All the interiors are so aesthetically decorated. The view is so peaceful from the balcony. The entire place was so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The host Diwanshi had placed a little booklet which had a menu and all the nearby attractions you can visit. Coming to the caretaker Sovan bhaiya, he was so helpful and very attentive. The food he prepared was completely fresh and so yum. He took care of anything and everything there. He even helped us reach our ride when it was raining heavily. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone and I plan to visit it again when they have their penthouse complete. A must visit if you are looking to skip the noise of the touristy places and just have a peaceful time with your family and friends!

The hosts' warm hospitality and friendly demeanour made the stay special. I stayed for some months. When there were some construction works going on in the premises, effort was made to minimise the trouble caused to my stay. I gained much insight and information about Almora, and the Kumaon region in general, through conversations with the hosts. Good place to stay in Almora.

Over all everything was good as described, Chef and staff members were nice providing tasty meals and offering help when needed, Nani lake view from the balcony & room's as well, Foggy cool weather early mornings giving fresh vibes, which made traveling and expenses worthy . . . !

The place is great and the view is amazing. The food is good too and pretty reasonable. The path to the place is a bit tricky but otherwise all great.

Each meal was a delight, showcasing a menu that speaks for itself. We savored every bite, from local delicacies to international favorites, all prepared with such care and attention to detail. If you're looking for a getaway that combines relaxation with adventure, I highly recommend visiting Da Alohas at least once.

We faced vehicle breakdown on our roadtrip to Bhimtal. The host gave us very useful information about reaching the property. Deepa Ji is also a very good cook. She cooked delicious food according to our specific needs. It felt like being a home. I strongly recommend this place if you are visiting Bhimtal and want to enjoy peace.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 days. The place was easily located and exactly as showed in pictures. Home cooked food was delicious and Kamal and Prem were both available at all times for anything we needed. The garden space was beautiful amidst nature - fave part of the place where one can have a cup of tea amidst nature and mountains. I was traveling with my dog and she had a great time too. It is a fenced house and she had access to the whole place. Would definitely visit again!

Our stay at Plumeria, Deodar Cottages in Sattal, booked through Airbnb, was perfect for our visit to Neem Karoli Dham. The cottage’s scenic surroundings and peaceful ambiance made it an ideal place for a family getaway. Our host, Shomya, was wonderful, responsive, and even provided indoor games that our child loved, adding a thoughtful touch. Located conveniently, it took only 35 minutes to reach Neem Karoli Dham, 20 minutes to Bhimtal, and 45 minutes to Nainital. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a homely retreat amidst nature, close to major attractions. It’s a place we’ll definitely return to!

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The check-in was easy. The rooms were clean, beds all made up, toilets were well maintained. Kitchen was great. The best part was the location. It was beautiful, the property is surrounded by mountains, it is a quiet and peaceful place. The lake is just in front of the property. One thing I would like to add is that the lake is not accessible directly from the property, for that you have to go around the property, which is not much of a task though. The caretaker was helpful and could also cook food if told him beforehand. The only problem I encountered there was of mobile network. Jio network did not work there but Vodafone-Idea worked flawlessly. The place doesn't have a WiFi which is not a big issue, but would be cherry on top if made available. Overall the stay was excellent, the rooms were huge and there was also provision of bonfire.
