A great and practical house with sleeping places for 9 people. Possibility of 2 extra beds (foam mattresses) for an extra charge. Bed linen and towel included. The house is perfect for both 1 and 2 families on a trip. About 5 minutes drive to both Dyreparken, Hamresanden and Sørlandssenteret. Kjevik airport and Kristiansand city center (10 min by car). The area is child-friendly and has two outdoor areas, with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Beach is close by (5 min walk). 2 parking spaces are attached to the property.

Great base for those who want to vacation in Kristiansand. The property is located just north of Kristiansand city center. Very child-friendly and quiet area. Parking 50 meters from the entrance. Large sofa with 75-inch TV. Dining table with room for 8 and well equipped kitchen. The balcony has seating for 6 and I also have a Weber Summit S-670 gas grill that can be used freely. Possibility of charging in the basement, but this must be agreed upon and I have to open the gate from the phone. I charge NOK 150 per charge.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cozy older detached house for rent with 3 (4) bedrooms (8 beds), living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The house is beautifully located by the lake at the end of Kuholmen. Short distance to shops, city center, hiking areas and swimming areas. The home is ideal for families with children. Great undisturbed garden with path down to the swimming area and Svaberg. 10 minutes walk to Bertes (beach). The house is located about 12 km from Kristiansand Zoo. There is no TV or internet in the house.

The house is located at the very end of the road, so there is no traffic in the area. 70 meters to the beach and jetty with boat that is included in the rent. New Pioner 14 boat with 9.9 Yamaha engine, electric start, and chartplotter. Long beach that is suitable for the little ones. Large lawn with trampoline by the beach. Sup boards and kayaks can be borrowed. By boat you are in Norway's finest archipelago with many small islets and islands. Sauna available for tenants.

Large, new single-family home with room for two families. Swimming area and playground nearby. Very central, 10 minutes to the center, Kristiansand center and Dyreparken. Peaceful and child-friendly area. Sleeps 9, but mattresses can be brought. We also have two simple air mattresses that you can borrow. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and multiple terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Sun-drenched terraces.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one is a dining room. One bedroom on the 2nd floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber). AppleTV available.

Approx. 30 min drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much. Here there is plenty of space and we think our home is characterized by warmth, history and good facilities.

Summer house

Centrally located residence with walking distance to Hamresanden, one of Sørlandet's finest beaches, and a short distance to freshwater swimming area in Hamrevann. The home is also a 5-minute drive to Sørlandsenteret and 10 minutes to the zoo. Kristiansand city center is 15 minutes away. The house has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
