From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. It is 200 meters to the bus stop, from where the bus goes to Aarhus C. The nature around the house offers both cozy forest and 600 meters from the house is a really nice beach. Kaløvig Boatsport is less than one km from the house. In the house there is dining and sleeping space for 4 people. Towels, dishcloths, duvets, bed linens, and firewood for the cozy wood-burning stove.

The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out. There are duvets and towels included and white cotton bed linen can be included for an additional fee.

My beautiful house is 83 m2 with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a pull-out bed. A bed can be made for a 5th person. There is a baby chair, games and toys for children. A lovely kitchen-dining room with access to an old but cozy garden room, from which you can enjoy the beautiful garden. It takes approx. 15 minutes to walk into the center of Randers. If you drive into Randers, it is cheap to park next to the bus station = DKK 7/hour.
