This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Great location: - Walking distance to subway trains E, F, M, R & 7 lines (0.3 miles, about 7 mins walking) - LGA airport (1.6 miles, about 10 mins drive) - JFK airport (11.5 miles, about 40 mins drive) - Manhattan (15 mins on express train or 25 mins on local train) - Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Very close to LGA Airport (about 10-15 min unexpensive taxi ride) or easy bus ride The room has full size bed Apartment is located in heart of very residential Astoria - the safest neighborhood in New York. Bedroom window is facing a backyard and there is access to a small private balcony If you are looking for a safe retreat - you fund it!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish bedroom with a private bathroom. The room has a queen size bed, TV, closet space, and NYC views from your window. It also features remote controlled AC/heat.
