Welcome to our Central Local Flat! Together with my wife we are renting our apartment here in Zermatt. We used to live in Zermatt for 6 years. With us, you will get the best local tips in terms of planning your ski day, hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, restaurants, bars, shopping etc... Our Flat is located in the old, central and calm part of Zermatt. You can go anywhere by foot and the Ski stations as well the Restaurants, Bars, clubs and shopping areas are just a few minutes away.

Perfekt für entspannte Auszeiten! Privat Transport vom Bahnhof kann mit Aufpreis organisiert werden. Sehr gute, italienische Restaurant auch zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des charmanten Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar. Kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft und Restaurant 20 Meter entfernt Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

Surrounded by the mystical mountains of Zermatt, our chalet is a place of modern comfort and closeness to nature. In addition to two bedrooms, a children's room, two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area, it has an office and fast Internet. The chalet extends over 118 square meters with its two south-facing panoramic windows and two balconies. The high rooms create a unique atmosphere and offer enough space for up to 6 people.

In summer, you literally have the entrance to the hiking trail to the Europabrücke right outside the door! As well as the Vita Parcours that leads through the forest. In 10 minutes you can reach the Schalisee by bike (or 30 minutes on foot), where you can cool off in the water. Or fancy a wakeboard ride? This is also possible at Lake Schali! In winter, the cross-country ski trail leads right past the house.

The flat is located in the heart of the village, 50 meters from the Banhofstrasse and 300 meters from main and Gornergrad train station of Zermatt. The flat has been recently completely renovated; you will love the romantic atmosphere, the typical alpine alpin wood design and many comforts. The flat has a lovely terrace with view on the Matterhorn where you can enjoy the sunset.
