Beautiful Mediterranean-style house, impeccable, full of light, with an eight thousand square meter garden to exercise, rest, walk or sunbathe. A completely family-friendly space, without unevenness, ideal for coming with children and grandparents. The kitchen is fully stocked, but if you prefer there is a barbecue grill on the terrace. The four bedrooms have their own bathroom and dressing room, absolute privacy. The pool is heated with solar energy. It has a large parking lot.

The house is brand new and independent; it is located in the Rancho San Diego subdivision, a quiet place, with excellent security; unbeatable view from any point of the house, especially from the beautiful roof garden where you can admire the beautiful sunsets.
