We had a lovely stay at Jaime and Rosa's. Jaime was very responsive and always available to answer our questions, provide us with what we needed and give us advice.

My family and I thank Sandra for allowing us to stay at her house, the place is true to the photos and description, Sandra is a very accessible and polite person, she was always attentive to absolutely everything, the pool has hot water, the house is quite spacious and has more than the necessary and essentials, we are quite satisfied, we hope to return soon.

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! It is the second time we have stayed at Martha's house and I leave us again very satisfied, her home is very well maintained, ideal to rest and enjoy the weather of Cuernavaca. When we arrived we realized that the bathrooms had been remodeled and these are updated and with good water pressure. And the hosts are always attentive to any needs. The house is large, it has all the amenities it promises, Daniela allowed me to arrive before the time, which is appreciated, there were clean towels, and the pool was cleaned and cleaned at no extra cost, I only have one complaint and it is towards Mr. Julian (in charge of taking care of the house) we ask him something and he does not answer, he ignores you, he even turns his back on you. Another lady who must be his wife lives there, she answers for him and tries to excuse him, but the man is rude. That takes points away from the house. I hope you talk to him to change his attitude.

It was a real pleasure to spend the weekend in this house. The place was spotless. All the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need. The spaces are comfortable, the house is clean, the green areas are clean, the rooms have their own bathroom which helps with privacy, the general areas are well-lit, there are some details like in all houses where you might find a blown-out light bulb, however it does not affect the functionality or the activities that are carried out. a very comfortable home
