Cez A Frame Parâng consists of several mountain villas inaugurated in 2023, located at an altitude of 1150 m, in the heart of the Parang Mountains, 10 km from Petrosani. It is 50 m away from the TS3 chairlift and the Rusu Hotel. The cottages have a maximum capacity of 2 adults and 2 children (ground floor with living and dining room with a sofa bed for 1 person and 1 bedroom upstairs with 1 queen size bed) and have a superb panoramic view of the Parang, Straja, Retezat and Sureanu mountains.

Laica Chalet is located in one of the quietest and most picturesque positions, which offers both a special landscape and a quiet holiday. The capacity of the cottage is 6 people, which can be supplemented depending on the comfort required. The cottage is composed of a living room with an open space kitchen, bathroom, 3 double bedrooms. The cottage has a generous patio with space for barbecue and cauldron. Car access, cars are parked in the inner courtyard of the cottage.
