I am still in Awe of the Location & Interiors especially! It is a cosy home away from home. I stayed 3 nights. I cooked almost 2 meals a day der. excellent Location and view. You can enjoy nice beach view & Sunset just sitting in the huge private balcony. I did Sip my coffee with my breakfast there and enjoyed evenings & late night chilling on a swing & relaxing chair. Nice Studio woth colorful tapestry. Balcony, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bath area & Lobby all were spacious & well defined. We enjoyed cooking with all the basic amenities available. Bath area was squeaky clean. Lipy is welcoming & helpful. All in all Good Value Home with Cosy & Comfortable stay. The Balcony, View & Location is the TRP. Total Privacy with things available inside the house & around. One of the Best Stay & Vacay ! 5☆

Grant's place has everything you need to have an amazing time is Goa. It's located near Ashwem Beach and is just 2 minutes walk away from the sea. Perfect location with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The checkout was smooth. Special shoutout and thanks to Nigel who helped us with everything and made us feel welcomed in the home. He explained everything so well and we loved his happy vibe. The kitchen is very well-equipped and has everything that you might need to cook delicious meals. The apartment is super clean and has beautiful interiors. As a sustainable living enthusiast, I was so happy to see all the cleaning supplies and products eco-friendly and sustainable. Loved every bit of our stay. Thank you Grant and Nigel for making our stay comfortable. ❤️

Had a great stay at Sumedha’s place in Goa! The location was perfect—easy access to the beaches and lots of good restaurants nearby. The home was clean and comfortable, and Sumedha was a helpful and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Monika and team were very cordial and friendly. The airbnb itself was beautifully maintained and squeaky clean. There was no issue with power cuts. The host was very kind and even set us up with cab and scooty services. Overall a very positive experience.

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

One of the best properties you can book for a group of 6–7 people. The place is well-maintained, spotless, and perfectly located-close to all the popular North Goa beaches, clubs, and cafes. You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Goa – from the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth, cozy, and well thought out. Chandana was incredibly responsive and warm, making check-in seamless and answering any questions we had promptly. The space itself was even better than the pictures – tastefully done, clean, and full of thoughtful details. The bed was super comfortable, the AC worked well, and the WiFi was reliable throughout our stay (which was a bonus since we had a bit of remote work to catch up on). What really made it special was the location – peaceful, yet close enough to the beaches, cafes, and all the good spots without being in the middle of the chaos. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, aesthetic, and hassle-free stay in Goa.
