This place is the perfect getaway, in need of just getting away, this is the spot. Our ranch house is located one hour away from Dallas, Tx. In just one hour your in a completely new world, the country. The house is on a 60 acre ranch, leaving tons of space for the kids to run free. The land has three ponds which are all great for fishing or caneoing. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. This place is beautiful and great for multiple familes or big groups.

We had a family reunion of 20 people from multiple states! This place was perfect and had plenty of space for us all! Private dock and boat ramp were great for swimming and fishing! Beautiful, open space outdoors for playing games or just enjoying the view! Pool table was a definite plus! We will definitely be back!

Carrie and her husband were great hosts! Very hospitable. My wife and I talked about making this stay an annual thing. We have two small boys (3&5) and there’s so much room for them inside and out, and they had a blast fishing on the nice dock! 10/10 would recommend staying here. They thought of all the little details!
