Vacation rentals with a pool in Rainbow River

Cosy setting, the bar feature is a nice add on. Pool and hot tub setting really nice especially at night with the hung lighting. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

A wonderful place to stay! Quiet and intimate. The place was very cleaned and smelled good. The shower was my favorite part of the house. Thanks for having fans available. I need noise to sleep. Just a few suggestions. There was only one K-Cup for two adults staying two nights. We didn’t know that the bed was a queen or full (not sure which size). My husband and I rolled towards each other into the middle. The second night we slept on the pull out couch. Love the mattress topper!! It was very comfortable. There are no bathrooms by the pool. All in all, a great place to stay.

Lisa’s place was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay! The house had everything you could need for a comfortable stay, as well as a well equipped kitchen. The pool was a nice bonus too! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, even more so in person than the listing pictures show. The location is very private and quiet, surrounded by nature, saw a bird sanctuary sign on the way in and heard owls the first night calling to each other 😀 the pool was clean and warm. The entire yard and landscaping is so inviting and calming. The house was clean, responsive and friendly host. Great quiet spot away from the typical hustle and bustle of Florida but close enough to grocery stores and quick drives to the springs and kayaking rivers. We loved our stay. Thank you !

The house was perfect! Exactly like she said, it was a 10 minute drive to rainbow River however I would not say Swampy's is in walking distance for me but it was a very convenient short drive. When we arrived, the pool was a little buggy I think this was due to all the rain that had gone on. Kelly was very responsive and had a pool net and Bluetooth speaker there the next morning,she also contacted her pool guy so that we could turn the pumps on to get rid of the bugs while we were there. Highly recommend 🙂

I don’t even know where to begin with this review, Phil’s place is Amazing! This place is where you want to be. The back yard is so peaceful with the birds and the river. We saw sooo many manatee and a few dolphins right from the fire pit and dock. We so enjoyed paddle boarding or kayaking on the river every day. The kitchen and living room was perfect to hang out after sun down. Great views of the sunset every night from the dock. We walked the driveway daily and saw a bobcat several times. Every night a grey heron and black snake would visit. Such amazing wildlife! Never really needed to go anywhere because others were paying to see what we saw every day at Phil’s place. Phil was so amazing and understanding when my son got sick and some of the linens were damaged. He was such a caring host! Could not ask for a better place or host. We hope to visit Homosassa again someday! Thank you for the amazing week we had to relax and rejuvenate!

We had an incredible stay during scallop season. The location was perfect. Just a short ride to the gulf. The house was clean spacious and had all the amenities we needed for comfortable stay. Can’t wait to come back next scallops season! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway.

We love the area, we stay in the area every year around the same time and Melissa’s place was not disappointing. The pool was clean, the condo was amazingly comfortable. We had 2 grandkids with us this trip so the pullout sofa bed worked well for them. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans, and plates and bowls for the days we decided to eat in. Beautiful water front views. Lots of wild life to watch also. Would highly recommend this condo if staying in the area..

This was the first time I stayed at Geri's place and it was wonderful. Even though I was staying in a condo, the entire complex was very quiet and peaceful. Geri was very responsive and I will definitely consider staying here again when I am back in the area.

This was the best experience ever! First off, the condo is absolutely gorgeous! Vicki is the sweetest owner and was so accommodating to us. If you need a home to stay this is it! Close to a ton of shops, restaurants, and great people. The community here is awesome. We made some great friends there over the last month and highlyyyy suggest you book with Vicki now!

Had a great time at the condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed meeting new friends during the unofficial "happy hour". There is no shortage of things to do in the area and this was a great place to stay while visiting our daughter. We will stay here again. The only disappointing thing was that the pool temperature was very cold, but this was not any fault of the hosts themselves, the weather was unusually cold for FL during our stay. We still were able to use the pool during our stay.

We stayed 3 months at Chet and Lizys place and everything was perfect and as expected. The area was peaceful and quiet and with all kinds of nature, our morning walks were always a new adventure whether it was local or one of the many trails nearby. Lots of great restaurants in the area and beautiful scenery at most. Chet and Liz were wonderful hosts and always available for any questions.

I had a great stay! I loved the quiet location and easy access to everything I needed. The condo was exactly as described, and very clean.

I had a great stay! It was exactly as advertised and I hope to stay here the next time I’m in town. The location was perfect. Within walking distance to many shops and just a short mile to the grocery store and Walmart. Tons of locally owned places for food along with chain places. My favorite thing was being so close to Rainbow Springs State Park. I went hiking a few days and it was amazing. Perfect trip!

Everything was great - check in was easy, customer service was perfect, prompt response to everything! The house was amazing! More comfortable couches would have been nice - but just a personal preference as I had leather but nice and easy to clean so I can understand that for a rental.
